Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any item or lot is returnable within seven (7) days of receipt if not as described for exchange (if available) or a full immediate refund.


RETURNABLE ITEM & LOT EXCEPTIONS


1. Any lot described with faults or defects may not be returned because of faults or defects.

2. A lot that is pictured may not be returned because of centering, margins, perforations, cancel, or other characteristics that are plainly visible in the picture provided.

3. All returns must be in the same condition as received and include the original protective packaging.

Postage, Insurance, & Handling

On U. S. orders please add $5.00 for postage, insurance and handling. Foreign orders require additional postage plus $8.00 if registration is required.

Minnesota State Sales Tax and Minimum Order Size

Minnesota Residents, unless dealers with Tax I. D. #, must pay 6-1/2% Sales Tax.

Please try to make your minimum $25.00. If your order is less than the minimum, we will be happy to respect your request, and make a one time exception.

Very fine condition - outstanding quality that will satisfy almost all collectors

F-VF

Fine-very fine condition - the standard quality that will satisfy the majority of collectors.

Very good condition - a lesser condition, commom to many older issues.

G

Good condition - an item with problems, but may have to do because of cost or availability.

D

Damaged - an item with more serious problems, most collectors would want to replace.
